1. Returns Accepted for 30 Days: We gladly accept returns for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

2. Free Return Shipping: At Lord McWiggles, we believe in making the return process as easy as possible for our customers. We offer free return shipping for all eligible items within the 30-day return window. This is an automated process upon initiating the return.

3. No Restocking Fee: We want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. Your refund will include the full amount of the product's purchase price.

4. Final Sale Items: Any product labeled as final sale upon purchase cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to returns page, and then request a return.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  4. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  5. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  6. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  7. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  8. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  9. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
